How do we start?
You just send me a quick message or email with what you have in mind. Doesn’t need to be perfect — even a rough idea is fine. I’ll reply, we’ll talk it through, and if we’re on the same page, we can get going.
How long does a typical project take?
Really depends. Some smaller things — like a quick banner or logo tweak — can be done in a day or two. Bigger stuff like full web pages might take a week or more. I’ll always be upfront about timing so you’re not left guessing.
What if I don’t know exactly what I need?
Totally fine. A lot of people come in with just a general sense like “I want it to look better” or “more modern.” We can figure it out together — that’s part of the process.
Is there a limit on revisions?
Not a hard one. I usually include 2–3 rounds, which is enough for most things. But if something doesn’t feel right, I’d rather tweak it than leave you stuck with something you don’t love.
Can I cancel if I’m on a monthly plan?

How do I pay you?
